As you can see at the bottom of your screen now, there is a nice green toolbar with lots of social media apps, a chatbox, search, donation, and ways to share. Please take time to look around and check it all out!

There is one drawback though, animated text on the site can no longer animate. That includes the Latest Topics to your left and Announcements that show site-wide. Let me know if the toolbar is worth the sacrifice.

I am looking into several alternatives so the animated widgets can be fixed.

The ones I am looking at are:

Meebo Bar
Conduit
Apture

I will be testing all of them (and maybe more) in the coming week so please sit tight!

I like this one actually. Very useful and there is probably a way to get around the unanimated stuffs. I vote yes!

I think if you got rid of the things on the website that are already on the toolbar, it would be much more useful and it would clean up the site.

That's actually what I've been trying to do lately. The bar is really nice I think and if I could use it as a replacement, the site would look much clearer.

Yeah, that's what I mean. Great job with it too! I love all the apps or w/e. the chat and connections and stuff.

thanks! I have those there because it helps the site when you guys share it on twitter or facebook and all. social networking is suppposed to help sites get some traffic so that's what I'm hoping for.
