Warning Values

Here is the NEW general guidelines all moderators and administrators will use:

All Minor Offenses: -20
All Major Offenses: -40 or -60
Ban-able Offenses: -100 (immediate ban)
asking to have a warning lifted: -20

Points may be regained in these ways:

the user shows progress in maturity especially concerning the rule s/he broke: varies
the user reports a successful warning: +20
the admin figures in some other way s/he is worthy: varies

You can be warned by all Administration and Moderation staff of the specific forum in which are warned. Their warning message will be color coded to their group color. Administrators in Red, Global Mods in Blue, Mods in Yellow, etc. etc.

Values have been modified and warning value bar has been changed. All staff and members are encouraged to read this.
