Blu Ray Player
250gb+ hard drive
Bluetooth pads with built in memory for storing profiles and suchlike
Proper wireless headsets with minimum interference
Xbox profiles - your gamertag profile will be indepth with your own backround and music etc...they would need massive servers for this haha

About the Xbox profiles: They could be code based with codes that you would get from a web browser (please!). great idea!

I agree with you regarding the interactive dashboard, would also like a fully interactive browser that supports all codecs and plugins, so i don't have to keep swapping and changing between PC and 360

exactly what I was thinking. The PS3 browser has a cool interaction with games on the ps3. If you go on a website with a PC mod download (given the game that is modded is also a ps3 game), download the mod, and pop the game in the ps3, all you have to do is open the mod up inside the game and you have mods on your ps3! This would be an awesome feature that would come with a web browser.

i dont know about you guys but i would love to see much smarter AI than huge step in the graphics department...if every game had characters as believable as in Oblivion that would be amazing...GTA IV also has amazing AI

I would also like to see more attention to detail.....and also i see no excuse in there not being better damage models in the next generation racing games and complete destruction in shooters..

Idk tho the projections for the new Nintendo as well as the next XBOX is slated for 2010.... i know this is rumor but hell it is really close

I think it would be awesome if you could have backlights in your xbox 720 and you could customize it to be dif neon colors!

If it used a computer operating system, would it still be a video game console? I honestly doubt Microsoft would do that because they won't even put a browser on the console. I think the OS will get a minor overhaul but everything else will be hardware upgrades and restyling. I can't even promise they would jump to blu-ray, but they'd be stupid not to. It'd be the death of them.
